Liberty Park 1 is a carefully selected and serene private residential estate located at Oju-Oto/Osoroko Villages, off the Eleko Beach - La Campaigne Tropicana Road, at Lekki LCDA, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. Liberty Park 2 is also vintagely located at Apakin Village also along the Eleko Beach - La Campaigne Tropicana Road, Lekki LCDA, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, almost opposite the new and expansive Lagos State Golf Course. The Liberty Park 2 project is about 3-4 minutes drive from the Liberty Park 1 project site.
The project location
Ibeju-Lekki is a tourist haven, given the fact that it is surrounded by water and aquatic splendour. The Atlantic Ocean borders it on the East while the Lagoon envelopes it from the West. Also in the precinct is the Eleko Beach, Eko Tourist Resort (A tourist beach location with chalets for lodging and accommodation), La Campaigne Tropicana (A tourist Beach Hotel) and other tourist centers and attraction. The economic value of properties in this corridor has experienced an unprecedented rise and also promises to rise geometrically in the months to come.
About seven minutes drive from the Liberty Park 1 site is the new Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Lekki Free Zone which has the full approval and backing of the Federal Government and is being heavily funded by the Lagos State Government. For those familiar with the Ibeju-Lekki environs, the project is located on the left side of the Eleko Beach - Akodo Road, the Eko Tourist Resort being on the right. It is located just about a minute drive off the Eleko Beach-La Campaigne Tropicana Expressway. Presently, from Victoria Island via Ajah to the site, the road is tarred all the way (except for about 150 metres off Eleko Beach-La Campaigne Tropicana Expressway which is graded). This gives room for proper access and future development.
