Cross and Churchill Realtors Limited. He is a trained lawyer and has about a decade hands-on experience in tservices industry where he functioned as a corporate attorney, trust advisor and wealth management specialist.

His invaluable experience includes that gained at Zenith Bank Plc where he headed the Bank’s Trusteeship and Non-Pension Custody subsidiary - Zenith Trust Company Limited.

He has also acquired rich and robust legal and trusteeship expertise at Magnum Trust Bank Plc (now part of Sterling Bank Plc), Wema Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank International Plc. At Wema Bank Plc, he was seconded to Wema Trustees Limited as the pioneer Company Secretary and Head of Trust Services. At Oceanic Bank, he worked in the bank’s legal department and later became the pioneer Chief Operating Officer of Oceanic Trustees Limited (the trusteeship subsidiary of Oceanic Bank). Taiwo’s expertise cut across corporate, commercial and investments law. He possesses specialist competencies in trust, wealth management, intestacy and succession, inheritance and assets transfer and general trusteeship functions. Taiwo has immense interest in the real estate business and has tenaciously followed global trends and development in that sector.  Taiwo is a fervent entrepreneur and ardent promoter of businesses. With the support of the Almighty, he is set to position Cross and Churchill Group as one of fastest growing real estate development firms in Nigeria and Sub-saharan Africa. He is happily married with children.

Education
He was educated at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he bagged the Bachelor of Laws [Hons.] degree specializing in International trade and investments law. He is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
